Cookie Policy

How essential cookies and similar storage keep accounts, carts, checkout, security, and payments working.

Effective and last updated: August 11, 2026

1. What cookies are

This Policy describes cookies and similar technologies used by Top-Notch Hosting Services LLC, doing business as Top-Notch Hosting. Cookies are small data files saved by a website in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and device identifiers. They can remember a session, protect a login, preserve a cart, record a preference, or help detect fraud.

2. What we currently use

Strictly necessary

Security, traffic management, session continuity, consent state, load balancing, and protection against automated abuse.

Account and preferences

WordPress and WooCommerce session, login, account, language, and interface preferences needed for requested features.

Cart and checkout

Cart contents, checkout state, customer session, order processing, and fraud-prevention signals.

Payments

Stripe and enabled payment methods may set cookies or use similar technology for payment authentication, fraud prevention, Link, wallets, or installment options.

We do not currently use non-essential advertising cookies or sell cookie-derived information. We do not currently use cookies for cross-site behavioral advertising. If we introduce optional analytics, advertising, or similar non-essential technology, we will update this Policy and request consent where required.

3. Providers

Some cookies or similar identifiers are set or read by providers that support our service, including Cloudflare for security and delivery, WooCommerce for cart and account functionality, and Stripe or enabled payment methods for checkout and fraud prevention. Those providers may process information under their own privacy notices.

4. Your controls

You can delete or block cookies through browser settings. Privacy-focused browser controls may also limit storage or cross-site tracking. Blocking strictly necessary cookies can prevent login, cart, checkout, payment, security, and customer-account features from working. Where a consent control is presented, you can use it to change optional-cookie choices.

5. Contact

Submit questions about cookies or privacy through Contact & Support. See the Privacy Policy for broader information about data practices and rights.
