Refund, Cancellation & Service Delivery Policy

Clear rules for digital-service delivery, automatic renewal, cancellation, refunds, and billing questions.

Effective and last updated: August 11, 2026

1. Digital service delivery

Top-Notch Hosting Services LLC, doing business as Top-Notch Hosting, sells digital hosting, website, email, and related services; no physical goods are shipped. Provisioning may begin as soon as payment is approved. We deliver order confirmation by email and make service status, credentials or setup guidance, billing dates, and available controls accessible through the customer Dashboard.

Automated provisioning usually begins promptly, but completion can depend on payment review, service availability, domain ownership, DNS propagation, certificate issuance, third-party systems, or information and actions required from you. An order is considered fulfilled when the purchased service or its setup workflow is made available in the Dashboard, even if you have not completed optional configuration or moved a domain.

If provisioning fails, open a private support ticket or use our public contact form. We will investigate and, where reasonable, retry, repair, substitute an equivalent configuration with your approval, or issue a refund for the affected service.

2. Automatic renewal

Recurring services renew at the price and interval displayed on the product page, order review, and checkout authorization. Current plans are billed monthly unless a different interval is clearly shown. You authorize renewal charges until you cancel. Renewal dates are available in Dashboard → Billing Plans.

3. How to cancel

You may cancel future renewal at any time in Dashboard → Billing Plans. You may reverse a pending cancellation there before it takes effect. If you cannot access your account, use Contact & Support and provide the account email, or open a private support ticket.

Unless mandatory law or an order-specific term says otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Service remains available through that date, then may be disabled and its data may be deleted. Canceling does not automatically refund the current period or earlier charges. Simply stopping use, removing content, transferring a domain, or allowing a payment method to fail does not constitute cancellation.

4. Refund eligibility

Because provisioning and reserved infrastructure can begin immediately, payments are generally final and non-refundable once the purchased digital service or setup workflow has been made available. We do not provide automatic prorated refunds or credits for unused time, customer-caused configuration problems, failure to use a service, domain or DNS delays outside our control, or cancellation during a paid period.

We will review a refund request when:

  • we charged the same transaction more than once;
  • the charged amount materially differs from the approved checkout total;
  • an order was unauthorized and promptly reported, subject to identity and fraud review;
  • we cannot provision or provide the purchased service and cannot reasonably remedy the failure; or
  • applicable law requires a refund or cancellation right.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Financial institutions and payment networks control posting time; it commonly takes 5–10 business days after we submit an approved refund. Taxes, payment-network fees, provider fees, domain charges, or other nonrecoverable third-party costs may be excluded where permitted by law and clearly attributable to the order.

5. Billing errors and disputes

Report a suspected billing error through Contact & Support or Dashboard → Support as soon as possible, preferably within 30 days of the charge. Include the account email, order number, charge date and amount, and a description—but never send a full card number, password, or security code.

We ask that you contact us first so we have an opportunity to investigate and correct the issue. Nothing in this Policy waives rights provided by your card issuer, payment method, or applicable law.

6. Data before cancellation

Export all content, databases, mail, and configuration you want to keep before cancellation becomes effective. We do not guarantee that ended-service data will remain available or recoverable.

Your backup and export responsibilities are described in the Data, Backup & Recovery Policy.

7. Contact

For delivery, cancellation, or refund help, use Contact & Support or private customer support. This Policy is part of the Terms of Service.
